Situated between Le Plateau-Mont-Royal and Little Italy, Mile end is a quaint historical neighbourhood in Montreal, perfect for families and kids. The streets are quiet and display the famous plex's of Montreal. Whether you decide to live here for winter or summer (or both!), the city is packed with events and attractions that take pride in Candia heritage and French culture. This small residence will give you the opportunity to connect with the locals as well as the other families residing at the Montreal Nomadic Family Residence.

The Montreal NFH Residence
Elevation_Montreal-01.jpg

Our Montreal NFH is one of the smallest residences we have. Designed simply to accommodate three families, this residence still ensures that the work and play spaces you need are available. Each unit is designed as a bi-level, with two of the units having access to both the front and back views (great for natural ventilation and solar exposure). The third unit is also designed to be fully accessible, which is why the building contains a residential elevator. Large folding doors open up the units to the exterior balcony, extending the living space to the outdoors. Mesh guards make these spaces child friendly, and give a layer of privacy to your unit from the street.

Best Time to Visit Montreal

Montreal is one of those special places that no matter what time of year, its a good time to visit/live in the city. Winter activities thrive the in the cooler months, and festivals and markets take over the city during the summer. When it comes to picking when to live in Montreal, the answer lies solely in what you want to experience in the city!

In Montréal, the summers are long and warm; the winters are freezing, snowy, and windy.

Over the course of the year, the temperature typically varies from -13 °C to 26 °C and is rarely below -23 °C or above 30 °C.

Summer Activities: June - September

Winter Activities: October - March

Just don't forget, if you plan to be in Montreal for the winter, you better love snow!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

I really enjoyed this smaller residence. It gave us more of a home feeling, and we became very close with our neighbours!

I love that my unit has views at the front and back, it really makes the apartment feel very large!

The basement play-space is perfect for my kids. I know where they are, and I am working only a short distance away. Its nice to have some separate space to be able to focus and not have to worry about my kids.
