The Da Nang Residence
Our Da Nang NFH contains four units, each complete with full appliances and services. Due to the heat of Da Nang, the building utilizes passive ventilation techniques, mitigates direct solar gain, and optimizes on thermal masses to keep the building temperature consistent and cool. The main circulation is outdoor, allowing fresh air to access the core of the building, and break up the program between shared common space, and the private suites. Plant life is incorporated throughout the building to combat the urban infrastructure of Da Nang, and provide shading and air purification. Exterior private spaces such as the pool and rooftop patio are accessible to all building residents.

Best Time to Visit Da Nang
With mild temperatures throughout the year, Da Nang boasts a tropical monsoon climate.
Don't expect to see temperatures drop much lower than 18-20 degrees in the coldest times, and expect to see low to mid 30s come the dry season - Perfect time to take advantage of the local beaches!
The ideal months for families with young kids would be February to May, since humidity drops, but the sun is out, so you can explore on foot without too much heat!
